What's your return policy?

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. If your return does not match all of these criteria, we will not be able to process your return.
You must have a receipt in order for any return to be processed.
Returns will only be accepted if you purchased your item from axisoutfitters.com.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that unless your order was sent in error by axisoutfitters.com, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.

COD delivery is not accepted.

Please Note: When you ship the return merchandise, please use carriers that provide you "tracking number".

We are not responsible for any damages to items that have been worn, altered or washed. However, we will do our best to accommodate and satisfy our customers to the best of our ability.

Processing Returns

When shipping your return to us, please remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking information so that we will be able to confirm receipt of your return. We also highly recommend you purchase insurance for this shipment. axisoutfitters.com will not be responsible for missing or lost packages. Additionally, axisoutfitters.com will not be liable for customer errors made at the time of purchase. Errors will be validated against the original order information / invoice and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
